Aquila’s moderate throughput immunology, inflammation and remyelination platforms allow efficient re-profiling of drugs. Mode-of-action data obtained from these assays can then be rapidly translated and on-target effects assessed in life, for example using our T cell Tracker, MBP Tracker and remyelination technologies. We are particularly well suited for evaluating libraries of clinical stage compounds for new disease treatment opportunities in extended programmes providing deep insight into mechanism and supplementing your internal resource outside of therapeutic focus, so capturing value from already characterised compounds.
