The article highlights key factors to be considered by Pharma companies persuing MS drug development, and underpins the Aquila BioMedical in-vitro T cell service using MBP-Tracker T cells tailored to mimic the in vivo MS pathophysiology, with studies designed to generate high value data from compound screening. The most promising drug candidates can then be selected for testing in the adoptive transfer MBP-Tracker in-vivo model.
